NFL Chooses the Winner of the 2009 Teacher of the Year Program
Congratulations to George Solis and his former student Brian Waters for Brian’s winning submission to this year’s Teacher of the Year program. Brian is a three-time Pro Bowler and two-time first team All-Pro left guard for the Kansas City Chiefs. TeachersCount will be at the Pro Bowl on the fifty yard line before the game to help recognize Mr. Solis’ amazing achievements.

Bloomingdale’s to Auction Off Signed Zac Posen Bag to Benefit TeachersCount
Zac Posen has donated a hand signed, smoky silver Collette leather bowler to Bloomindale’s for a charity auction. The ad appears in The Little Brown Book, which is a magazine that is emailed to all Bloomingdale’s card holders and VIP shoppers. Zac has selected TeachersCount to receive all proceeds from the auctioning of the bag.
On the Cover of Every Fascinating Textbook is a Fabulous TeachersCount Ad
McGraw-Hill Education has chosen TeachersCount’s America Ferrera ad to place on the back cover of five of their education textbooks. The five textbooks are: Educational Psychology by John Santrock; Learning to Teach by Richard Arends; School and Society by Steven Tozer, Guy Senese, and Paul Violas; School Leadership and Administration by Richard Gorton and Judy Alston; Teachers, Schools, and Society by David Sadker and Karen Zittleman.
